I started following a vegan diet in 2014. Since I started this blog in 2016 my life has changed significantly – I re-homed my dog, I became a widow in 2018, I relocated from suburbia to the city and I now live in an apartment with my partner and two elderly cats. We enjoy a comfortable lifestyle. We go for walks around our city, cook and eat delicious food (my partner is a trained cook who is very interested in plant-based cooking), watch old movies and television shows, and appreciate our different cultures (I am a New Zealander and he is Scottish). This blog is a way for me to journal our stories and share them with friends, family and whoever else might be interested.
